2. If your AI does not start by itself

Most AIs start on their own. If yours only summarizes the file, copy the request that matches your hosting and send it right after the file.

Generate site_secret on first run and keep it in R2 (never in HTML/JS).   GitHub Pages, Netlify… plus one small server part on the same domain.

Keep my pages static, and add the smallest possible server part (one free Cloudflare Worker on the SAME domain, or serverless functions with internal rewrites, never redirects) that serves all addresses in section 2, keeps site_secret secret, registers automatically (section 5) and sends ping (section 7).
